I’ve created this blog for several reasons:

1) To spread as much knowledge as possible and help others out there achieve their fitness goals.

2) To improve my writing. I can see myself trying to take my career further and that will include being able to write WAY better than what I do now.

3) Every PT/Gym Owner/Strength Coach that I admire has a blog, so I figure it’s a good thing.
